Privacy Policy
Five Two Six ("we," "us," or "our") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, request information about our services, submit a lead form, book a consultation, or communicate with us. It also explains your privacy choices and how to contact us.
This policy covers our website, advertising and lead generation activities (including LinkedIn), and communications delivered through providers such as Twilio. When we process information on behalf of a client to provide services, the client's privacy notice and our agreement with that client govern that processing.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and professional information: your name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, and other details you choose to provide in a contact or lead form.
- Inquiries and service information: messages, project requirements, consultation bookings, correspondence, and information needed to provide requested services.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral sources, campaign parameters, and interaction dates and times, collected through server logs, cookies, or similar technologies.
- Communication preferences: subscriptions, consent records (including when and how consent was given), opt-out requests, and message delivery information.
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our website, and from platforms when you choose to submit your information to us through them. Please do not send sensitive personal information through general inquiry or advertising forms.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to questions, provide requested materials or proposals, and discuss your project.
- Schedule consultations, deliver services, and provide customer support.
- Send service communications and, with the consent required for the relevant channel, newsletters, updates, or marketing messages about Five Two Six.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services, prevent abuse, and understand website and campaign performance.
- Maintain business and consent records, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, subject to your rights.
3. LinkedIn and other lead generation forms
When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or another platform's lead form to Five Two Six, we receive the information you submit, which may include contact details, professional details, and answers to form questions. We use it to follow up on the request described in that form, provide information about our services, and arrange a consultation if requested. Additional marketing uses follow the choices and permissions you provide.
Submitting a lead form does not by itself enroll you in SMS marketing. We do not sell lead form information or disclose it to other businesses for their own marketing. Service providers may process it on our behalf only to support the purposes described here. The platform collecting the form also processes information under its own privacy policy.
4. SMS, MMS, and other messaging
If you opt in to messaging from Five Two Six, we may send the types of messages disclosed when you enroll, such as consultation reminders, service updates, or separately authorized promotional messages. We obtain the consent required for each messaging purpose. Providing a phone number or accepting this privacy policy alone does not constitute SMS marketing consent. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies based on your requests and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an SMS message to unsubscribe; a final confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@52Six.co. For other messaging channels, use the opt-out instructions provided or contact us. We retain records needed to honor your preferences.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, buy, or transfer text messaging originator opt-in data or consent. Messaging providers such as Twilio, carriers, and support providers may process information necessary to deliver and support our messages on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and restrictions on use. They may not use it for their own marketing. These restrictions apply notwithstanding any other sharing provision in this policy.
5. When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting, security, email delivery, messaging, scheduling, and customer support providers. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to protect people and our services, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law and continued protection of your information. Any such transaction remains subject to the mobile information and messaging consent restrictions above.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as sessions, preferences, security, and spam prevention. Where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies may also measure visits, referrals, and campaign interactions. We request consent for non-essential technologies where required by applicable law.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie preference controls provided on the website. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Browser settings do not control information you submit directly through a form.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including handling inquiries, providing services, meeting legal and contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and maintaining consent or suppression records. Retention depends on the information involved and the nature of our relationship with you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
9. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email support@52Six.co. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will handle requests within applicable legal time limits. Certain information may need to be retained for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions in the email or by contacting us; SMS choices are explained above.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Other websites and platforms
Links to third-party websites and services are governed by those parties' privacy policies. Review their policies before providing information. This policy describes Five Two Six's practices and does not replace the privacy notices of LinkedIn, Twilio, or other providers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially changing how we use your information.
