SJCOE had been using Google Forms for teacher visitation tracking, but it presented several limitations. Permissions were challenging to manage, leading to data access issues. Historical information on visits was lacking, hindering long-term analysis. Moreover, maintaining and organizing the Google Forms system had become cumbersome, affecting the efficiency of educational oversight. A more robust and tailored solution was imperative to address these issues effectively.

SOLUTION

We introduced a tailored digital forms system built upon the Core platform. This innovation empowered SJCOE's supervisors to conduct teacher visits using any device, providing flexibility and accessibility. Predefined questions ensured consistency, while photo uploads enriched feedback. The result was a dynamic system that efficiently recorded visits, archived historical data, and generated insightful Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards for comprehensive analysis. The implementation significantly improved the quality and efficiency of SJCOE's educational oversight.
